These Terms govern your use of OneDigitalite (https://www.onedigitalite.com), operated by [to be added] ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying a course or using the platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
  • Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • An account is for one person. Sharing logins or reselling access is not allowed; we may limit the number of devices that can sign in.

2. Courses and access

  • When you buy a course you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to watch it for the access period shown on the course page (lifetime access unless stated otherwise), for your own learning.
  • Course content, videos, documents and quizzes belong to [to be added] or the instructor and are protected by copyright. You may not download, record, copy, share, sell or publish them.
  • Videos may show your name or email as a watermark. Removing it or distributing recordings will lead to your account being closed without refund and may result in legal action.
  • We may update course content to keep it current. If a course is withdrawn, students who bought it keep access for the remaining access period where reasonably possible.

3. Prices, payments and taxes

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes such as GST are shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by our payment partners (for example Razorpay or Cashfree). We do not store your card or UPI details.
  • Coupons are subject to their own conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Certificates

Certificates of completion confirm that you completed a course on OneDigitalite. They are not a degree, diploma or government-recognised qualification unless a course page explicitly says so.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the platform or try to access it in unauthorised ways; upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content in reviews, messages or discussions; harass instructors or other learners; or use automated tools to scrape content.

7. Instructors

Instructors who publish on OneDigitalite confirm they own or have the rights to their content, and agree to the instructor revenue share and payout terms shown in their dashboard.

8. Disclaimer and liability

Courses are for education. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome, job or income. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Where the breach is not serious, we will try to warn you first.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [to be added] have exclusive jurisdiction.
